CONDITIONS WE TREAT
FOOT AND ANKLE PAIN
Every time you walk, your feet and ankles are taking on the weight of your entire body. Everyone from young children, athletes and older people can suffer pain from the ankle down. Now imagine how much extra pressure your feet and ankles are under when you continually walk, run or jump! Running and jumping places extra force on your ankle joints and feet, equivalent to several times your body weight - so it's no surprise that they are prone to injury.
LEG PAIN
The muscles in your legs control the motions of your foot and foot stability. Factors such as biomechanics, poor footwear and poor training routines can put extra pressure on these muscles, causing them to become overused, inflamed and sore. This pain in your legs can be constant, recurrent or intermittent and can present in many ways - including an ache, dull or sharp pain, and tingling - and may be accompanied by swelling. It could affect your entire leg or only be present in a specific area.
